Description:
VLinc Corporation is hiring an Asset Logistics Management Information Systems (ALMIS) Electronic Asset Log (EAL) Analyst Instructor to provide support for the U.S. Coast Guard's Office of Logistics, focused on developing and implementing a US Coast Guard governance structure for an enterprise support equipment program that integrates strategy, policy, processes, people, IT, training, maintenance, and operations throughout the USCG support equipment program.

Essential Duties:
The Asset Logistics Management Information Systems (ALMIS) Electronic Asset Log (EAL) Analyst Instructor will provide ALMIS/EAL/DSS Training and perform periodic reviews of ALMIS operations and maintenance records. They will respond to customer help requests and provide customer support to ALMIS users and various Coast Guard commands. Perform periodic reviews of, and revisions to related policy, publications, and process guides. Support business process change management due to the implementation of a new enterprise logistics system. Plan and provide analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, organizational development, process improvements, and re-engineering methodologies principles to conduct process modernization projects. Plan, facilitate, and support complex methodology development and evaluation, business process engineering, identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development.

Education and Experience:
- Four years of experience in project management, logistics, logistics transformation, enterprise architecture, organizational development, business analysis, or a related field, and a bachelor's degree in one of the following: Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Planning, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Logistics, Information System Management
- Five years of experience in aeronautical or naval engineering practices and procedures as defined in COMDTINST Manual 13020.1 and/or Naval Engineering Manual, COMDTINST M9000.3.
- Five years of experience in aircraft or ship/boat maintenance or operations.
- Five years of ALMIS/EAL/DSS experience.
- Two years of instructing or providing classroom training.
- Three years of experience in logistics and financial procedures/applications.

- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Facilitating training, meetings, and working groups with other team members, customers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Initiating action items and tracking the action items for the VLinc Program Management Office (PMO).
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
- Assisting in preparing for Quarterly and Annual Program Management Reviews
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
