Summary:
The Home Health Operations Manager is responsible for directing and managing the clinical services for the Home Health & Hospice Programs in assigned geographic area ensuring that patient care is initiated timely, follows standards of clinical practice, and documentation is compliant and entered appropriately in the medical record/EMR. The Home Health Operations Manager provides administrative oversight to hire, train, and evaluate performance and competency of staff while monitoring productivity, efficient processes, and optimal reimbursement. The Operations Manager serves as the Administrator for Home Health & Hospice agencies for the purpose of the PA State Department of Health and has overall responsibility for daily operations for Home Health & Hospice.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelors Prepared Registered Nurse with current PA licensure, or in lieu of BSN Masters in Healthcare Admin
- Previous experience in Home Health &/or Hospice with five years management leadership experience Required
