We are looking for Clinical Resource Consultant for our facilities in Southern CA.

Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $150K to $170K annually. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with nursing staff, medical professionals, and administrators to assess clinical practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance care quality.
- Travel to facilities to provide clinical consultation and support in the development and implementation of care plans particularly for complex or high-risk cases.
- Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, and disseminate this knowledge to clinical staff through training and education programs.
- Conduct regular clinical audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Support clinical staff in the implementation of new technologies, tools, and processes aimed at improving patient care and operational efficiency.
- Serve as mentor and resource for nursing and clinical staff, offering guidance on clinical decision-making, patient management and professional development.
- Assist in the development and revision of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address clinical challenges, improve patient outcomes, and reduce re-hospitalizations.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between skilled nursing facilities and external partners, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and vendors, to ensure seamless care coordination and compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related clinical field; Master's degree preferred.
- Active RN license or relevant clinical licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical practices, standards of care, and regulatory requirements specific to skilled nursing facilities, including CMS guidelines and state regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex clinical practices and data.
- Proficiency in conducting clinical audits, identifying areas of non-compliance, and developing corrective action plans.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and State/Federal laws governing medical services.
