Position Summary - The Brand Development Manager demonstrates a relentless passion for our brands and is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training/educational programs for focus target groups. This role requires frequent travel to various locations across the United States to ensure consistent and effective training on Hansgrohe products, installation techniques, and brand standards. Additionally, this role will serve as a communication pipeline to USA Headquarters helping to articulate and document the status of AXOR and hansgrohe brands within our top customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development:
  • Design and create brand centric educational programs curated for specific target groups such as showroom sales associates, sales representatives, distributors, designers, plumbers and other partners, focusing on Hansgrohe products, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales and other internal teams to ensure training content aligns with Hansgrohe's brand philosophy, standards and capabilities.
  • Align program with supporting sales and brand initiatives including CRM processes, point-of-sale updates and other informational resources.


  • On-Site Customer Trainings:
  • Conduct on-site training sessions at different locations, including plumbing professionals, showrooms, and distribution partners.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance product knowledge and installation skills.


  • Product Knowledge Management:
  • Stay updated on the latest products, innovations, and technologies offered by Hansgrohe and top competitors.
  • Disseminate product knowledge to field teams and ensure they are well-versed in the features, benefits, and applications of Hansgrohe products.


  • Performance Evaluation:
  • Implement performance assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants and collaborate with management to address skill gaps.


  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with regional sales managers, distributors, and internal teams to understand regional training needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to incorporate brand messaging into training materials.


  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure that training programs adhere to brand standards and relevant compliance protocols.
  • Integrate relevant regulations into training content.


  • Headquarter Support (Alpharetta, GA)
  • Assist with Aquademie classes and shower world experiences
  • Onboard new associates as related to customer supporting objectives
  • Facilitate occasional market research projects related to products and POS materials


  • Reporting:
  • Create annual training targets and supporting execution timeline
  • Generate regular reports on training metrics, participation rates, and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights to management for continuous improvement of training initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM is consistently populated with new contacts, follow ups and aligned with relevant sales and marketing managers.
  • Leverage customer rewards program to increase customer mind share


  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Extensive experience in the plumbing or bathroom/kitchen fixtures industry.
    • Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
    • In-depth knowledge of Hansgrohe products and their applications.
    • Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
