DoD CIO Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer

Job Description:

Top Secret/SCI Clearance Required | Hybrid | 5 Yrs | Sep/Oct Start | ACES is seeking Microsoft 365 Knowledge Managers to support DoD CIO. Hybrid Work requires TS/SCI CLEARANCE on 5-Year Contract starting in Sep/Oct at offices in the Mark Center, Pentagon, and Crystal City. Work involves developing and maintaining the DoD CIO DoD365 Knowledge Management environment to include custom Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI
• Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in field related to tasking and 5 years of relevant experience or no degree and 14 Years of Relevant experience
• Technical: Must be proficient in KM Best Practices and solutions development using Microsoft 365 (DoD365) to include Office, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform.
• Communication: Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and focused on priorities in a dynamic and multifaceted environment.

STRUCTURE

• Contract Length: 5 years
• Work Location: Mark Center, Pentagon, Crystal City
• Telework: In office 2-3 days per week/as required rest telework
• Start Date: Sep/Oct 2024

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administers DoD365 environment for DoD CIO Client in accordance with Microsoft best practices.
• Assists with organizing and managing content in accordance with Knowledge Management best practices.
• Automates business processes using DoD365 out of the box and Power Platform capabilities.
• Acts as liaison with software vendors and technical experts for problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Gathers requirements, designs, builds, tests, debugs, configures, and documents solutions.
• Provides assistance, training, and routine consultation to users to facilitate adoption of DoD365.
• Provide support for SharePoint Online Lists comprising the Command-and-Control Data Model to ensure new data elements are correctly incorporated and documented in the Data Dictionary (SharePoint list).
• Provide SharePoint out of the box solutions and support for data calls and collaboration efforts to maintain and update the enterprise decision structure for DoD CIO's PBR process on the SIPRNet SharePoint portal.
