Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of business and management objectives set by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to drive trade exhibition sales in the United States while supporting the US & International Business Department. You will serve as the key point of contact between MIE Group LLC and potential clients, actively seeking sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media. Your ability to maintain accurate records and review sales performance will be vital in achieving monthly and annual targets.

- Execute trade exhibition sales in the United States and provide support to the US & International Business Department.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between MIE Group LLC and potential clients.
- Actively seek sales opportunities by employing strategies such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly review sales performance to ensure the achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities and prospects to determine the most suitable sales options.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing information, conducting research, and recommending new opportunities for profit and service improvements.
- Sell products and services by initiating contact and building relationships with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify sales solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to the team's overall effort by accomplishing related results as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of trade exhibition sales experience in either the B2B sector or conferences.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering sponsorship and sales strategies for trade events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities and stay ahead.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
