Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of their company sales process.
