We invite you to apply for our open Sales Manager position with Kalahari Resort Conventions in Spotsylvania County, Virginia (opening fall 2026). Reporting to the property Director of Sales, your primary objective is to solicit, develop, and maintain accounts in assigned market segments through direct sales efforts, while ensuring that budgeted financial results are achieved and exceeded. This position can be remote or hybrid, with frequent travel to the resort upon opening.

- The assigned market segment for this position will primarily be Corporate in the Washington DC metro area, as well as Government/Military.
- An expert understanding and at least two years' experience in government/military procurement or contracting is required.
- At least two years' hotel sales experience is desired, with proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing group business.
