It is a critical role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of an organization's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system. This individual ensures the efficient and secure management of user identities, access rights, and entitlements across the enterprise.

Position Responsibilities:
IGA Operations Management:
Lead the daily operations of the IGA system, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access request fulfillment, and entitlement reviews.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures for identity and access management.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to enhance IGA processes and workflows.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in IGA.
Policy and Compliance:
Enforce compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to identity and access management.
Participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and ongoing management of IGA.
Provide guidance and support to end-users on IGA-related processes and procedures.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of IGA analysts or administrators.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Years of Experience: 10+
Requires Top Secret clearance and willingness to undergo a CI polygraph.
Willingness to support 24x7 operations
