POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT Infrastructure Manager will lead the development and enhancement of the corporate-wide IT infrastructure to accommodate current and future business demands. As the lead for our enterprise infrastructure, you will oversee all aspects of the company's core infrastructure and related services. Areas of emphasis include corporate infrastructure, monitoring of networks and systems, computing devices, LAN/WAN, security, vendor relationships and system availability. The IT Infrastructure Manager role will include the strategic planning to optimize IT services, provide excellent support and implement best practices to ensure that performance and security requirements meet defined goals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees all installed infrastructure systems across corporate North American footprint
Primarily responsible for design and implementation of infrastructure systems at all company locations as well as North American connectivity
Ensures IT Infrastructure meets business requirements and provides high levels of uptime, reliability, and functionality by performing a full lifecycle of activities including infrastructure design, installation, change management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning
Responsible for Azure cloud environment and connectivity
Architecture and management of corporate domain, backup solutions, anti-virus, anti-malware applications
Manage and maintain multi-site connectivity capabilities including redundancy
Manage other activities relating to computer installation, computer upgrades, patch management, security administration, user administration, monitoring, system tuning, trouble shooting, capacity planning, vendor management, data backup and restoration as appropriate
Serves as a liaison or technical resource to all departmental team members
Performs day to day administration of IT Infrastructure and related projects

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
10 years of related IT experience
3+ years in project or team leadership
5+ years in project management
Extensive technical knowledge of Information Technology and computer systems in a Microsoft environment
Expert working knowledge of corporate network design and support (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, etc.)
Extensive technical knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (routers, switches, SD-WAN)
Active Directory expertise and knowledge of GPO
Knowledge of various software and development tools (Virus, backup solutions, security, patching, etc.)
Expertise in Windows Server operating systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud computing technologies
