Work Authorization/Security Clearance: This role requires US citizenship and an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
Work Location: Work on-site in Falls Church, VA to support the client.
Work Environment: Work will be done in an office setting/environment and will need to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment. The person in this role will need to have the ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally will need to move about inside an office environment. This position frequently communicates with other employees and external stakeholders. The person needs to have the ability to accurately exchange information in these settings.

Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key issues and develop a framework to make improvements
- Cultivate relationships with clients and other stakeholders; be a trusted advisor
- Guide and direct daily client interactions
- Develop materials to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and take ownership of client deliverables
- Identify risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Develop materials, such as guides, fact sheets, and presentations to promote change management initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities by engaging with client, collecting and analyzing information, and brainstorming strategies
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data science, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills required
