COMPENSATION

Salary Range: Min. $87,951 - Max. $124,834, Grade E

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will manage the office of the Executive Vice President, Customer Environment & Facilities, (EVP, CE&F) and will be responsible for administrative support for the divisions that are under the EVP's purview (Facilities, Stations, Elevators & Escalators and Electronics Maintenance).

Coordinates all administrative activities, responses to internal control audit requests, and prepares high level reports for the EVP as needed. Oversees administrative issues related to budget, timekeeping, employee availability/coordinate operations for the EVP. Acts as the Human Resource liaison and is accountable for reviewing CE&F personnel action requests. The selected candidate will also assist with the coordination and completion of ad hoc projects for the Office of the SVP as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration and Five (5) years experience, of which three (3) must have been in an administrative capacity.

Preferred Qualifications: 1 - 2 years Managerial or Supervisor Experience.

A satisfactory equivalent of education and experience can be considered

DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Knowledge of YCT and Subway rules, regulation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and to act with discretion.
  • Ability to handle heavy volume of work in a professional and expeditious manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
