Position Summary:

Provides consulting services for a broad array of organizational areas. Develops organizational strategies and designs to meet current and future demands on the business. Leads and directs large-scale organization change efforts impacting multiple levels of stakeholders throughout the organization. Provides systemic solutions to implement, sustain, and optimize changes throughout the medical center. Utilizes influence and provides leadership to design and implement solutions, collaborating with HR colleagues and business leaders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in organizational development, organizational behavior, or related field.

Preferred Education
  • Master's Degree in organizational development, organizational behavior, or related field preferred.


Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years of previous work experience consulting to complex organizations across a range of industries.
  • Minimum five (5) years of previous work experience in organization change, organization design, performance improvement, and/or benefits realization coaching.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.


Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications
  • Health care or health insurance knowledge preferred.
  • Experience standing up an OD (or similar) internal consulting/service model.
  • Experience managing projects in a high growth market.


Required Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation
  • City of Los Angeles Hospital Fire Card, due within 30 days of hire.
