What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire engineering teams to create scalable, reliable solutions across a portfolio of digital, mobile, retail, marketing, and social technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners to align engineering efforts with business goals, ensuring our digital platforms are positioned for both immediate and long-term success.
- Drive innovation by fostering an environment where testing, learning, and continuous improvement are core to the engineering process.
- Lead hands-on development using C#/ASP.NET/SQL/VUE to ensure high-quality, robust solutions are delivered across all platforms.
- Build a dynamic team, balancing in-house talent with contract and offshore resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience leading teams in developing and maintaining complex eCommerce and consumer web products.
- Expertise in C#/ASP.NET/SQL/VUE, as well as B2B, B2C, eCommerce, and Marketing platforms.
- Proven success in managing multi-site, multi-product engineering teams, including offshore resources.
- Strong leadership skills, with a deep understanding of modern platform architectures, coding best practices, and emerging technologies.
