AMDEX is looking for a Cybersecurity PMO Operations Process Manager SME to support the client ensuring adherence to CISA standard operating procedures, quality control standards, and best practices for analytical products and services.

• Implement and refine operational workflows to enhance efficiency and track compliance with executive orders.
• Lead cross-functional efforts, foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and achieve the highest standards of cybersecurity posture across the nation through effective process management and operational excellence.
• Recommend processes that improve RO collaboration with CISA Operations and engage RO leaders in process, service, and knowledge management activities.
• Review and format all written products for consistency and accuracy.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 10+ years demonstrated experience overseeing incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management frameworks within dynamic environments.
• Dedicated results-driven cybersecurity professional with a proven track record in managing and optimizing cybersecurity operations processes.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess complex security challenges and develop strategic solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• PMP preferred
• CISSP preferred

This position is contingent on contract award.
