Job Description: Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants to support the Small Business Administration (SBA) in the production implementation, support and operations of its custom solution that leverages the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.
This position will support the Small Business Administration (SBA) in the operation and on-going maintenance of their legacy system and modernize the cloud infrastructure and deploy a development, testing, and production of a disaster loan application system into Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure enabling the existing SBA technology staff to rapidly develop and expand the functionality of the disaster loan system.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable experience
- 7+ years' experience in managing software design, development, testing and deployment in an enterprise environment
- Ability to work with customers, clients and employees, respond to questions in meetings, group settings, and in writing relaying technical information in understandable format to a variety of technical levels of comprehension
- Applicants must be skilled in the solution architecture (AWS, Aurora PostGreSQL database, vue js & Django Python for web sites and node js & Django Python application business logic, Tableau for reporting, SAS for statistical modeling, SFTP file transfer, VPN connection support, HTTPS Apache web servers).
- PMP Certification with minimum five (5) years of experience (after obtaining PMP certification) in using project management processes and tools recommended by Project Management Institute (PMI) in PMBOK Guide.
- Experience with successful contractor 50+ personnel transition planning and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Amazon Web Services concepts and best practices
- IT Experience within the Federal Government or Military DoD
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Intensive analytical skills necessary to comprehend real time issues.
- Comprehension of networking/distributed computing environment concepts.
- Good technical skills with a thorough understanding of data communications and data center technology.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and effectively communicate both in written format and verbally, the development and implementation of related security policies and standards; regulatory compliance issues and remediation recommendations.
- Advanced problem-solving skills required to find solutions to problems that are technically complex and require collection, interpretation and analysis of data from diverse sources.
