The Sr. Quality Systems Manager is an important member of the Supplier Industrialization & Quality organization who will closely collaborate with Supply Chain, Corporate Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to clearly define processes and standards.

The Sr. Quality Systems Manager is an important member of the Supplier Industrialization & Quality organization who will closely collaborate with Supply Chain, Corporate Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to clearly define processes and standards.
You Will:
- Build and optimize processes: Lead development and refinement of Supplier Industrialization processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities that drive impact and support actions.
- Support daily data compliance and follow up with pertinent stakeholders for reliability.
- Assist in developing and maintaining our quality systems through a continuous improvement mindset and flawless action execution.
- Drive product design improvements back to Design Engineering and support Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) activities for new and existing products.
- Facilitate Supplier Integration Engineer (SIE) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) transition for launch through data-based recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards for informed decision-making with internal and external customers.
- Support creation and documentation updates to uphold the latest changes and quality standards.
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Master's degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of equivalent experience required in the automotive industry
- 5+ years of equivalent experience in Quality Systems or Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving, and 8D
- Knowledge of integration systems and dashboards: JMP, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, SAS, Python
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
- Ability to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
- Ability to remain engaged, proactive, and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive initiatives in complex environments
- Ability to maintain flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments, coping with rapidly changing information
- Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize information to gain a general understanding, thinking abstractly and separating complex ideas into simple elements
- Creativity and ability to provide innovative ideas to improve processes/technology in past projects is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly using written and verbal skills
- Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Mastery of MS Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
