Position Summary: This role will be responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement for Human Resources, Information Technology (IT), US domestic transportation and warehousing, US Tollers and operational (PMO) capital. This role will support special projects and be a liaison between global procurement and the capital organization. You will create new and build upon existing relationships with suppliers to foster cooperation, adoption and fulfillment of contract obligations while also contributing to departmental initiatives, providing insight on market activity, supplier initiatives, innovations and process issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchasing requirements for the global Human Resources and IT functions and indirectly manage the purchasing requirements for US operational capital (with support to Argentina as required). Provide oversight on strategy, sourcing, etc. and execute procurement activities.
- Work alongside US Logistics team to support identification of vendors, pricing and vendor relationships for domestic logistics and warehousing services.
- Manage Tollers as it relates to US operations. Provide direct support between the Toller and the site and manage the Toller to standards and contract as agreed.
- Lead and Manage RFI/RFQ/RFPs from start to finish, which includes creation, issuance, and facilitation of the entire process, through vendor evaluations (using scorecards) and vendor selection.
- Be the liaison between Global Procurement and Capital Procurement teams to provide support from Global Procurement as required.
- Support internal and external audits through document preparation, procedure adherence, etc.
- Lead projects that drive price reduction, optimized demand, vendor consolidation, process improvement and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels in the organization.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with educational concentration in supply chain, engineering, business administration or a related field is preferred. MBA or advanced degree is desired or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years related experience
- Previous experience of strategic sourcing
- Outstanding problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly articulate creative, practical solutions
- SAP experience preferred

- Exceptional knowledge of procurement concepts, RFx processes, contracts and T&C's and generally accepted purchasing principles
