Our business is in the process of taking the "next step" and building a team to drive the growth of the business, and the Senior Amazon Account Manager is a critical role for us to achieve excellence and success. This individual will be the primary owner of RTIC Outdoors' Amazon account, responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of our brand presence and product sales on Amazon.

What You'll Be Doing Everyday...
  • Manage all account listings: Ensure product titles, descriptions, and A+ content are optimized according to best practices for SEO and conversion rate.
  • Formulate our ads strategy and own direct management, funneling ad spend to top-performing keywords, products and sponsored brand ads that drive the most profitable returns.
  • Own performance and reporting of the program, report on KPI's, leverage learning to make actionable recommendations to further improve list rankings and ad performance.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to build out listings for new products and seasonal color variations.
  • Maintain the RTIC Outdoors Amazon storefront to be seasonally appropriate, highlight new and top-selling products, report on storefront metrics.
  • Recommend FBM/FBA strategy based on historical sales performance, expected sales velocity, profit expectations after commission, freight, and storage fees.
  • Map out a plan for B2B commission breaks, quote management, and growth strategy.
  • Work closely with Amazon's assigned account resources. Scope out and provide feedback on recommended initiatives that RTIC should pursue.
  • Coordinate with our Data Science team to understand how Amazon pricing dynamics impact sales on Amazon and other sales channels.
  • Additional duties as needed.

What You'll Need...
  • BA, bachelor's in business, marketing or similar preferred.
  • Experience managing Amazon account with $10M+ in annual sales.
  • Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance data and being able to summarize, present, plan and execute around the findings from that data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $130,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
