Description:
We are seeking experienced landscape architect/designers or architects with a passion for outdoor spaces to join an award-winning design firm in their Dallas office. The individual will work with principals and associates in the office to collaborate on a variety of landscape and urban design project types and scales.
Firm: Design firm with collaborative culture that specializes in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, and Master Planning for a wide range of project types and scopes ranging from gardens and parks to residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate for the position will have a firm foundation in:
Design skills from conceptual planning to refined detail and site design
Design graphic skills and support documentation
Computer applications proficiency (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup or other
modeling programs)
Meeting deadlines and budget requirements
Construction methodologies to effectively oversee preparation of CD sets including hardscape, plant materials, specs, and bidding.
Coordination with several disciplines on various projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Urban Design.
- 2-10 years of professional experience working in a design firm.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup.
- Experience with production of construction documents.
- Familiarity with hardscape and plant materials preferred.
