Responsibilities:

In support of Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault, we are seeking a Program Analyst III with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/ principles/organizational protocols.
Provides analytical support in any of the following disciplines: engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management. Typical duties performed may include; analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, program management, cost, financial, or management analysis, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or products. Develops and/or reviews acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, procedures.
The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
Attend weekly program meetings and perform functions (e.g., coordinate facility resources, set up computer resources, take notes, and record action items) as requested by the PM AAA staff
Organize, review, and manage PM AAA action items and provide a current status to PM AAA leadership
Produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets associated with all program action items
Organize and maintain all electronic program documents/files for ease of access by the appropriate team(s)
Populate and monitor the PM AAA Morning Reports every workday, and deliver to the Morning Report Coordinator, and/or serve in a back-up role to the Morning Report Coordinator
Execute daily calendar management for the PM AAA and Deputy PM AAA, and setup and monitor all schedule/meeting requests daily
Execute active calendar management and monitor phones for the PM AAA and Deputy Program Manager (DPM)
Assist in the preparation of travel request forms in Defense Travel System (DTS), and review travel requests to ensure DTS requirements are met; and
Assist in the New Employee Check-in Process for new contractor personnel (e.g., seat and phone assignments, portal roster, and distribution of supplies).
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree with six (6) years of related progressive professional work experience in program analytics.
Specific/Preferred Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
- Working knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS).
