The Right Tools to Get the Job Done
Winter ensures that Superintendents are equipped with, and supported by, technology that makes coordination and problem-solving efficient and effective.
We're looking for:
- Experience building commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
- Willing to travel throughout the Southeastern United States to support projects.
- Background as a lead Superintendent on Ground Up Hotel projects of $20mm+.
- Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
- Experience Supervising Field Staff, including Assistant Superintendents.
