About the Opportunity
Mendaera is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the Company's product offering by evaluating unmet needs, assessing market opportunities, defining solutions that improve care, and ushering those solutions through development to commercial use, building value for the Company and its stakeholders. This position will focus primarily on the company's pipeline products, and will require working across disciplines. The position reports to Mendaera's Vice President of Product and will collaborate closely with Mendaera's Engineering and Commercial teams. The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000.

Senior Product Manager responsibilities include:
- Performing market analysis and conducting customer and stakeholder interviews, ethnographic studies, and user testing
- Developing deep clinical understanding of the clinical environments and procedures for which the company's products and services are to be used
- Upstream needs-finding, value proposition refinement, prioritizing feature sets, planning portfolio road maps
- Working closely with engineering to translate user and business requirements into technical specifications, and managing trade offs during development
- Defining and tracking success metrics across product development lifecycle
Desired skills:
- At least 4 years' clinical training and education experience, including directly working with healthcare providers
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and independent, with excellent analytical capability
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build and manage diverse relationships
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional presentation skills
- Versatility and ability to operate in a small-team environment
Work Expectations:
- Hybrid work opportunities; substantial on-site presence at Mendaera HQ required
- Ability to travel for user engagements
