Steel Point Solutions is seeking to hire a Mid-Level Identify, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Software Developer to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ICAM solutions in compliance with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain software applications for identity management, access control, and credentialing systems.
  • Integrate ICAM solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless operation and interoperability.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct security assessments and implement security controls in accordance with NIST RMF.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ICAM implementations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ICAM technologies and incorporate them into development practices.
  • Document technical specifications, design processes, and provide support to end-users and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ICAM software development, with a strong understanding of identity management and access control concepts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
  • Experience with ICAM frameworks and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Familiarity with directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and its application in software development.
  • Experience in security engineering, including the design and implementation of security controls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a TS/SCI CI or FS poly

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based ICAM solutions and integrating with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with unattended process automation platforms and integrating with ERP business systems
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
