JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Program Manager (PM) to oversee the execution of a critical Task Order (TO). The PM will be responsible for providing management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership in support of CWMD operations. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency in both technical and business processes while addressing government issues, concerns, and comments proactively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management and Direction: Provide comprehensive management and leadership for the execution of the TO, ensuring all contractor personnel are assigned tasks and technical efforts are supervised effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and ensure the quality and efficiency of all technical and business processes associated with the TO, in alignment with the quality assurance standards defined in Section C.5.1.
  • Task Oversight: Assign tasks to contractor personnel and manage ongoing technical efforts to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the government, addressing issues, concerns, and comments with the authority to make decisions on behalf of the prime contractor's organization.
  • Proactive Communication: Anticipate and alert the government to potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitations, ensuring timely resolution and continuous program success.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications include:
  • Security Clearance: Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at the time of proposal submission and maintain the clearance level required to access the facility.
  • Certification: Hold a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience (within the last seven years) directly supporting projects that require a working knowledge of CWMD operations, issuances, and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of three years of experience (within the last seven years) leading the implementation of programs or projects in one or more of the task areas identified in Section C.
