Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or CRA (Certified Radiology Administrator)
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Magnetic Resonance, General, or Vascular Sonography
Experience:
- 5+ years of operational experience at the management level
License/Registration/Certifications:
- ARRT, RDMS, RVT, or CNMT
- SCQRSA, if applicable
Preferred Requirements:
Preferred Education:
- Master's degree
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years of experience at the director level
- 8 years of operations management experience
Preferred License/Registration/Certifications:
- CRA
- Membership in State/National Practice Association

- Quality & Compliance: Champion continuous improvement to meet patient needs, community expectations, and regulatory standards.
- Clinical & Financial Oversight: Take ownership of the clinical, financial, and operational aspects of Imaging Services, ensuring quality and efficiency in every imaging exam and strategic financial decision.
- Strategic Integration: Develop and implement strategies to integrate Imaging services across all sites, maximizing value and effectiveness.
- Medical Staff Engagement: Collaborate with the system imaging director to align on strategic initiatives, radiation safety trends, and clinical management.
- Population Health: Work with organizational leaders to ensure evidence-based clinical protocols that deliver high-value solutions for patients and payers.
- Staff Development: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing imaging team, fostering career growth and retention.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the day-to-day operations of all Imaging departments, optimizing efficiency, staffing, and service delivery.
- Market Leadership: Position Imaging Services as the preferred provider in the SRHS service area, driving excellence and innovation.
