Role : Business Analyst
Location : Toronto, ON
Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days WFH)
Description:

5+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects / programs

Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis

Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile

Experience in data mapping between systems for integrations

Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation

Requirements elicitation techniques such as document analysis, Interviews, Facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys

Requirements management and communication - requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management & prioritization

Regulatory Projects Experience from requirements to implementation
Experience with Core Banking systems related to deposits, Cards, Line of Credit and Business Financial Services
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute -Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI - PBA) or related education
