Project Manager - Land Development
CPH is seeking a full-time Project Manager with strong organizational, supervision and technical skills to manage all facets of land development projects including business development, client management, project management, presentations, conceptual design, construction documents, and construction administration
Duties Include
- Assist senior staff with evolving and executing office and company growth plan
- Proposal / contract preparation
- Manage contract budgets
- Manage design and administrative staff to support land development projects
- Coordinate with fellow CPH staff across a variety of professional services that CPH provides including Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Civil, Traffic, Transportation, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, MEP and Construction Administration, etc.
- Successfully manage and deliver work tasks on time
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years experience in the development industry, including but not limited to A/E, civil, development, and/or construction fields.
- Have record of managing multiple design professionals, projects and disciplines
- Have a proven management process/style
- Be willing to mentor and teach younger staff
