Student Services Manager III (CB85/ 61122924/ PCLS-202400115), full-time position with benefits. Starting annual salary will be commensurate with the chosen candidate's experience and qualifications, and fall within , which lists $68,397.00 as the minimum and $97,472.00 as the midpoint. Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversees all housing assignment services functions, software systems, and communication objectives.
Oversees the planning and execution of projects, processes, and implementations; leveraging resources, relationships, and innovative solutions.
Supervises and provides leadership to Housing Assignment Services staff.
Collaborates with stakeholders as a director-level practitioner and a subject-matter expert.
Leverages current and emerging technologies to develop sophisticated tools for enhanced reporting, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required: Master's Degree and at least five (5) years' experience utilizing housing software.
Preferred: Three (3) years' experience utilizing StarRez housing software.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Elevated understanding of housing assignment services methodologies and business operations. Expertise in configuring and modifying software systems. Ability to make data-informed decisions and maintain high-level working relationships. Must be able to masterfully communicate, written and oral, with variety of stakeholders. Must be able to use logic and critical thinking to manage complex data systems and institutional processes. Must be able to learn, problem-solve, and innovate.
