Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00, with the final offer determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Additionally, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus.

The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager will lead the Maintenance Department, driving safety compliance, proactive maintenance practices, parts management, and resource optimization. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in engineering concepts, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Compliance:
- Create and implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for machine centers.
- Conduct training and maintain records for LOTO procedures for technicians.
- Perform documented LOTO audits weekly to enhance safety culture and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with using a regular audit schedule
Parts Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive parts management system using UpKeep.
- Establish and validate critical spares listings for machine centers.
- Conduct thorough inventory assessments to ensure accurate stock levels and valuations.
Proactive Maintenance:
- Implement proactive maintenance practices, including regular equipment inspections and advance ordering of replacement parts.
- Create and validate Daily Team Maintenance Plans and Preventative Maintenance Schedules for key equipment.
Equipment Familiarity and Training:
- Conduct regular Quality Control Inspections (QCIs) for technicians.
- Develop a training calendar and schedule/coordinate training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Involve technicians in new equipment installations and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment.
Resource Management:
- Complete and communicate daily and weekly maintenance schedules to manage downtime for PMs and projects.
- Allocate workload and supervise maintenance technicians
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors and service provider
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Plan for cost reductions
Root Cause Analysis for Maintenance:
- Create a root cause analysis procedure for use during unexpected downtime events.
- Communicate maintenance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and details in daily Production Meetings to accurately diagnose issues and reduce downtime.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including plumbing, piping, reliability, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on work ethic with experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent leadership and management skills.

- Background and knowledge in National Electric Code, NFPA, Arc Flash, OSHA, LOTOTO, Confined Space, and local laws and regulations.
