USED CAR MANAGER

We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Manager to join our team and help us continue to excel in the pre-owned vehicle market. As a Used Car Manager, you will play a key role in driving our pre-owned vehicle sales department to new heights.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to drive excellence.
• Oversee the procurement, appraisal, and pricing of pre-owned vehicles.
• Ensure an attractive and diverse inventory selection that appeals to a broad customer base.
• Analyzes sales history and local area trends to determine the best purchasing mix.
• Handles wholesaling of aged inventory and unwanted trades.
• Monitor the team's performance and implement strategies to boost sales, including sales training, goal setting, and tracking.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Ensure that all customers receive a top-notch experience.
• Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize profit margins in the used car department.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies. Keeps abreast of and ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations regarding the used-vehicle industry.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Used Car Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on used cars.
• V Auto Experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize profitability.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12k-$15k monthly
