Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Behavioral Health Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Pending state licenses will be considered Certifications: Required certifications as per the institution Must-Have: EPIC experience Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by healthcare providers- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatments- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff- Adhere to the facility's policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety- Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance skills- Engage in compassionate communication and provide support to patients experiencing mental health challenges- Flexibility to float to other units if required Please note: Local candidates from specific counties may not be eligible.
