Position Overview
We're looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team at a leading ERP company. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping our Azure and Windows infrastructure running smoothly, while also expanding your expertise into exciting new areas like SQL databases and the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
Responsibilities
Azure Administration (Mandatory)
Being an Azure Solutions Architect, design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and various Azure applications and services. Manage and deploy components like resource groups, Virtual Networks, Network Security Group(NSG), Network Gateway, Application Gateway, Proximity placement group, Azure Storage, Images, Recovery service vault, Bastion etc. Deploy and configure Azure Application Gateway, create rules and resolve issues. Deploy new servers on Azure using Windows OS image, perform post OS installation tasks. Performed migration activity of around 200 servers along with application and databases from on premise data center to Azure platform. Use Azure Site Recovery (ASR) to perform disaster recovery test.
Backup Administration (Mandatory)
Design and configure Azure VM and SQL database backup policy for servers as per the server time zone. Create Recovery service vaults for server and SQL backups. Add servers to backup policy.
Windows Server Administration (Mandatory)
Manage issues related to windows servers like RDP issues, server high performance issues, applications not responding etc. Installation of Antivirus software, SQL database, IIS roles, FTP server etc. Upgrade Domain controller from Windows 2012 to Windows 2019 along with functional level. Setup the process for server performance analysis and design the performance reports. Configuring and managing server monitoring tools.
Microsoft 365 Admin Center /Exchange Administration/ Active Directory (Mandatory)
Assign M365 E3 and E5 licenses during new user creation. Configure User mailbox, Shared mailbox, delegate permissions to users. Check for spam mails, block domains, investigate for mail delivery issues. Setup user on-boarding and off-boarding process and audit compliance. Generate monthly reports for active users and M365 license usage.
Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive (Mandatory)
Create new SharePoint sites for various teams. Manage and grant SharePoint folder access. Manage Teams, configure Teams calling plans, troubleshoot Teams related issues.

Preferred Skills
Application Administration
Troubleshoot issues for various applications like Infor ERP, ADFS, IIS, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Microsoft Power BI. Installation of Microsoft SQL server, configuration, SQL administration, SQL performance analysis using Solar Winds etc.
E) Cyber Security (Optional)
Monitoring for security alerts for malware/ransomware and investigate incidents using Crowdstrike Falcon Complete portal and Microsoft 365 Defender Portal. Install Antivirus software like Crowdstrike Falcon/ Microsoft Defender. Configure MFA policies, configure user MFA/Microsoft Authenticator settings, manage risky user sign-in issues. Purchase and implement wild card SSL certificates for servers and applications. Lead and complete the SOC2 Security Audit with Deloitte, involving providing response to various control points along with evidence collection and submission, reviews.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
