AMDEX is looking for a Sr. Production Manager to support the CISA's cybersecurity Production and Requirements management. Serves to identify, prioritize, route, track, plan and manage analytic production requirements, including requests for information (RFI), to and from IOD's analytic work centers. The function coordinates with other organizations to direct and meet analytic information needs.

• Analyze CIRCIA reporting and other data sets to inform CISA leadership and recommend adjustments to the triage of reporting based on changes in the operational environment and adversary activities.
• Perform analysis providing context to CIRCIA reporting in relation to CISA missions.
• Perform continual analysis of cyber analytic requirements.
• Support tracking and routing of inbound and outbound information and production requirements to fill information and analytic gaps.
• Match information assets/capabilities against information requirements/information needs
• Ensure critical and priority information requirements are gathered in time to meet current operational needs.
• Ensure requests for information (RFI) needed for assessment, analysis, product development, decision support, and standing information requirements are validated and actioned.
• Ensure information requirements validated and prioritized.

• Use IOD's standard operating procedures (to be developed) to manage capability or analytic production requirements.
• Identify, prioritize, route, track, and manage both ad hoc and standing information and analytic production needs.
• Establish, and assess the efficiency of existing information exchange and management systems, modify, and implement new methods of managing analytic production needs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate efforts to meet information needs, answer RFIs, and close analytic gaps.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 10+ years demonstrated experience providing cybersecurity analysis and support to cyber management operations.
• Motivated self-starter who is comfortable working in an environment that requires establishment of new functions with incomplete documentation.
• Strong time management and analytic skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with CISA requirements.
• CISSP or similar certification preferred
