Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant information technology field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
- Certification(s) demonstrating expertise in technology and/or cybersecurity are highly desirable.
- A preferred minimum of 10 years of technical experience, with expertise in troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, network system design, application support, server management, and data security.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of project management experience in large-scale environments, with a focus on enhancing system efficiency and automation.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and lead the district's advancement.
- Proficient in cloud-based networking, infrastructure management, and data security.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and foster the growth of team members.
- The ability to bend, lift, squat, and crawl, and perform repetitive motions and work overhead
- The ability to climb ladders and work on roofs or ceilings
- The ability to lift 60 pounds at least 25% of the time
- Have a valid NJ driver's license and satisfactory driving record
