Job Description:

Work closely with program managers, procurement, and contracts to develop, track, analyze, and submit proposals within the guidelines of the customer request for quote/proposal.

Essential Functions:
  • Preparing as directed by customer request for quote/proposal pricing based upon inputs from the various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Review bills of material and work with stakeholders to review and confirm the information is complete.
  • Review basis of estimates for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare pricing files for review, approval, and submittal to the customer.
  • Maintain material costing database.
  • Support contracts with audit fact finds and negotiations.
  • Providing financial support to DCMA/DCAA audits.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Interface with various levels of management, Program Office, and functional departments to support programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; or Graduate Degree with 2 to 4 years of prior related experience.
  • Basic understanding of cost accounting and FA principles. Familiarity with Costpoint or other ERPs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
  • Should be a self-starter that can work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work well within a team.
  • Must be a US Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance if needed.


In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is 67,500-125,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off.
