Residential Real Estate Lead - Lange Real Estate

This is an interim position that will end as of 1/15/2025. At that time, based on business needs, the assignment could be extended on a temporary or permanent basis.

What You Can Expect Working in the Residential Real Estate Lead Position

Lange Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and motivated Residential Real Estate lead to lead and grow the residential sector of our business in Wichita, KS, and surrounding areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our residential division, providing mentorship and leadership while supporting the growth of our agent team. The right candidate will be instrumental in expanding our impact on the Wichita area residential real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support residential agents, serving as the primary point of contact and leader for all residential agents.
• Assist in recruiting new agents, guiding them through the onboarding process, and integrating them into the team effectively.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to agents to enhance their performance, professionalism, and adherence to industry standards.
• Be the first call for assistance for all residential agents to provide support and guidance for regular real estate transactions, then fall to the broker for any Broker guidance or additional support.
• Work with the President of Lange Real Estate to set specific quarterly and annual sales goals and drive the tracking and reporting of these through systems.
• Be a promoter and advocate for Lange Real Estate's culture and business. Continuously convey the mission, vision, philosophy of the brokerage through formal and informal communication.
• Create and distribute monthly reports to update leadership on overall residential goals, progress, and trends.

Minimum Qualifications

• Have a real estate license with 5+ years' experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Can remain licensed and conduct their own deals but must manage these aspects diligently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to leadership.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individually.
• Ability to manage compliance and conflict of interest matters with integrity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth or start-up environment
• Interest in pursuing or currently holding a broker license.
• Although a background in real estate sales is preferred, a candidate with exceptional track record in another endeavor, who possesses exceptional leadership skills will be considered.

Supervisor Responsibilities

This job does have responsibilities including the leading, coaching and development of up to 25 team members alongside the President of Lange Real Estate. This position does not have the sole authority to hire or fire another team members
