About the role

We are looking for someone who enjoys traveling and being on a team. This role would allow you to leverage your years of experience and help us continue to grow.
What you'll be doing
As a key member of our Project Management Organization, your teammates will rely on your ability to lead complex Private Network deployments, partner with cross functional teams and our diverse clients to deploy communication networks across vertical markets ad technology types throughout North America. Through these partnerships, you will establish a standardized process to ensure alignment with client objectives within budget and on time.
The ideal candidate is an engaged project and people leader that thrives in a highly collaborative team environment focused on the following tasks and responsibilities.

- Projects intake & kickoff with the customer and internal parties
- Communicate the strategy, planning and scheduling of day-to-day activities
- Manage project resources and activities to complete successfully
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans
- Coordinate with stakeholders, internal & external, to source services and products for network deployments, focusing on quality, schedule, and cost.
- Work with cross-functional teams of engineering, field services, supply chain, finance for timely execution of projects
- Manage the status reporting to internal teams, management and customers
- Establish project governance to report project plan, budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships for, including, not limited to, RF, Construction, A&E, Leasing, Zoning & Permitting.
- Manage high-profile, complex projects, communicate status and issues, develop contingency plans
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll bring

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management, preferably Master's degree
- 10+ yrs. exp in Telcom industry
- 3+ yrs. of site acquisition services, vendor management, tower portfolio management, and budget accountability preferred
- Carrier-level experience with national Projects, including macro tower, rooftops, modifications, Smallcell, COW, and DAS within multiple geographic regions strong preferred
- Familiarity with turnkey process of Site Survey, RF Design, BOM generation, Construction, Commissioning and site activation tasks preferred
- Familiarity with any OEM of Corning, Commscope, JMA, Nokia, Ericsson preferred
- Strong organizational skills, time management, administrative, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Technical knowledge in 5G/4G technologies
- PMI Certification preferably
- Ability to travel, periodically, based on business needs
