Overview

As a Cost Analyst, you will be the go-to person for Army Program Managers in support of large-scale DoD acquisition programs. We are looking for motivated teammates who thrive in fast paced, dynamic settings and can help our customers tackle some of their most pressing challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cost analyses and cost estimates for Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Program Office budgets, Independent Government Estimates, Cost Benefit Analysis, Contract Proposals, and other cost products as requested
  • Assist with the development of Cost Analysis Requirement Description (CARD)
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly analysis on cost-related CDRLs submitted by industry partners.
  • Provide analytical support for program controls and reporting and for financial execution and budgets.
  • Coordinate and defend results with and across other organizations (DASA-CE and/or OSD CAPE) and contractors.

Skills Required

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT).
  • Experience estimating software requirements.
  • Active Secret level clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project)
  • ACAT 2 level cost analysis/estimating experience.
  • Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework pathways.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Expert ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
  • Expert ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.

Education

Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
