Job Title: M365 Project Manager - Infrastructure, Security, and Migration

Location: Folsom, CA or Remote (Must be available during PST hours) and able to travel to client site in continental US as needed.

Job Description:

AgreeYa Solutions is seeking an experienced M365 Project Manager with a focus on infrastructure, security, governance, and migration (tenant-to-tenant and hybrid). You will lead multiple M365 migration and implementation projects, ensuring robust security, effective governance, and seamless device migrations using Intune and Autopilot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end M365 projects focusing on infrastructure, security, tenant-to-tenant, and hybrid migrations. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
• Migrations: Lead tenant-to-tenant and hybrid migrations within M365, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless data transitions.
• Infrastructure & Security: Implement secure M365 environments, configuring Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, and other security tools. Enforce governance and compliance frameworks.
• Device Management: Plan and execute device migrations using Intune and Autopilot, ensuring security and compliance.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives for smooth technology adoption. Develop and implement training, communication plans, and support resources.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Set up performance monitoring tools. Provide regular reports on project progress and post-migration metrics.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime during and after migrations.
• Security Audits: Conduct security audits and compliance checks. Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and provide detailed reports.
• Customization & Integration: Manage M365 customizations, including workflows and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, including forecasting and cost management. Ensure financial adherence and value delivery.

Experience:

• 10+ years in IT project management, focusing on infrastructure, security, and migration.
• 3+ years in managing M365 projects with expertise in tenant-to-tenant and hybrid migrations.
• Proven ability to establish governance and compliance frameworks in M365 environments.
• Strong experience in M365 security, including Azure AD Premium, Azure Information Protection, and Multi-factor Authentication.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of M365 infrastructure, security, and migration strategies.
• Expertise in Intune and Autopilot configuration and device management.
• Experience with change management, disaster recovery, and security audits.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consulting roles managing M365 projects for government or large enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of third-party security tools and their integration with Microsoft 365.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Certifications:

• PMP required; Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Intune/Autopilot certifications are highly desirable.
