Management And Program Analyst

Overview: The Management and Program Analyst (MAPA) core function will be to provide program management support to two teams within the client's criminal intelligence program. The Analyst should be a highly organized and strong writer, able to:

• Prepare documents, letters, reports, and other materials to support criminal investigative programs
• Manage unit's SharePoint content
• Research, analyze and critically think/assess investigative topics
• Assist with organizing the development team and run meetings as needed
• Assist the intel team with research and tasks as needed
• Review and draft exec staff or other division responses, preparing and maintaining staffing level reports and maintaining budget reports

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience or 4 YOE and a bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience manipulating and organizing data to make analytical judgements
• Must be a team player - willing to be adaptable and flexible to meet the mission
• Experience in preparing presentation materials
• Experience working in collaborative sessions, while demonstrating strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience producing varied written documentation products. Ability to recognize when and where problems and opportunities exist and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions to problems
• Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred. An additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for the degree.
• Knowledge of Jira/sprint planning.
• Background knowledge of AWS or web tools.
