The selected individual will have an excellent understanding of OEM warranty systems, dealer operations, and claims administration. Given the importance of this role, the chosen individual will have visibility with executive management across the company.

Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing leadership and insights into OEM warranty administration as Safe-Guard builds an industry-leading VSC adjudication platform. The selected individual will have an excellent understanding of OEM warranty systems, dealer operations, and claims administration. Given the importance of this role, the chosen individual will have visibility with executive management across the company.
Job Overview:
- Identify areas where Safe-Guard can improve adjudication practices and lead cross-functional projects between Risk, Operations, and IT to implement solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert on VSC claims administration and warranty auditing.
- Provide actionable feedback to claims adjusters and supervisors.
- Monitor performance of loss mitigation initiatives.
- Lead investigations on suspicious behavior at the dealership or service advisor level.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of warranty experience at an OEM or large dealership.
- Hands-on automotive powertrain diagnostics and repair experience.
- Must have strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues.
- Must be proficient in Windows and MS-Office Products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior verbal/written skills and communications skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to travel up to 25%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S or Canada.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
