1-2-3 Equipment Solution is a leading provider of installation, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair services for mission-critical foodservice and HVAC equipment.
1-2-3 is looking for a Financial Manager to help the company grow its current presence in the Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida markets and expand presence into new markets. This role will support the current divisional structure.
As the Divisional Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in partnering with the Regional Operations Director to drive profitability and support operations in making informed decisions. You will be responsible for providing financial insights, analyzing performance, and contributing to strategic planning. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.

As the Divisional Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in partnering with the Regional Operations Director to drive profitability and support operations in making informed decisions. You will be responsible for providing financial insights, analyzing performance, and contributing to strategic planning. This role requires a combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Supervising staff on day to day operational functions related to accounts payable, billing and cash applications.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate divisional performance and profitability.
- Provide insights into financial trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
- Serve as a key partner in decision-making processes, offering financial guidance to enhance business outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Assist Operations Managers in understanding the financial impact of their decisions on the bottom line.
- Provide financial guidance to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the division.
- Assist in monitoring of accounts receivables.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial performance.
- Make recommendations for corrective actions to ensure financial goals are met.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to enhance reporting processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in a divisional or business unit setting.
- 5+ years of working in a finance manager position
- Financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 25% Travel Required
