We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial and Commercial Scaffold/Insulation Project Manager (Superintendent) to join our PK Industrial team and oversee operations in the Wichita, KS to Tulsa, OK region.

Job Summary: The Commercial and Industrial Scaffold/Insulation Project Manager (Superintendent) will be responsible for managing and supervising commercial and industrial scaffold and insulation projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires a leader with strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily scaffold and insulation operations on multiple job sites within the Wichita, KS to Tulsa, OK area.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of scaffolders and insulators, ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety reports, and other documentation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in scaffold and insulation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• 3+ years of experience estimating and/or quoting commercial and industrial scaffold and insulation projects.
• Extensive knowledge of scaffold and insulation systems, materials, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Wichita, KS to Tulsa, OK area.
