The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing HR leadership and achieving business objectives in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development. This position requires a solid background as an HR generalist.

Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for HR Information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) changes, process improvements and all HR metrics and reporting
- Identifies opportunities to create and implement programs to improve the effectiveness of the HR department. Manages HR team on upgrades, data loads, testing, and implementation of new systems
- Administers and maintains company ATS. Oversees requisitions and onboarding process.
- Develops training materials and provides training, as necessary, on HRIS/ATS systems
- Maintains integrity of company HR data through regular audits. Troubleshoots irregularities and corrects discrepancies with the assistance of the IT department
- Designs and maintains management information reports. Extracts data for annual and ad hoc reports.
- Responsible for all compliance reporting
- Responsible for monthly health insurance billing, reconciling, and budget reporting.
- Interacts with Team Members and Vendors in a professional and upbeat manner.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers concerning all Team Member and applicant related issues, problems and/or solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with fellow Team Members, Vendors, and applicants.
- Other related duties as assigned, such as policy development and implementation, assisting with employee investigations, assisting with Front HR Desk responsibilities, etc.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 5-7 years progressive Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated success in implementing/executing HR programs and processes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
Required Cards:
- Documents that establish identity and right to work in the United States.
- Nevada Gaming Control Board registration required.
