We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will apply your extensive expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and AI to analyze complex datasets and support mission-critical intelligence operations. You will work closely with other data professionals and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and develop innovative solutions to enhance intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the execution of advanced data analytics, including data mining, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis, to support intelligence missions.
• Design and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to automate processes and enhance data-driven insights.
• Work with data engineers to ensure seamless integration and management of large, multi-source datasets.
• Create clear and effective data visualizations using tools such as Python, R, and Tableau, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand intelligence requirements and develop data-driven solutions that align with mission objectives.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI to continuously improve methodologies and tools.

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with a strong background in applying data analytics and machine learning techniques in intelligence or defense environments.
• Proficiency in data science languages (e.g., Python, R), machine learning frameworks, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) SCI clearance.
