We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013. Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience with MS Windows based file structure, or similar file structure(s).
- Demonstrated experience working simultaneously on multiple tasks, with competing priorities, as time and information permit.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience supporting senior or executive level staff, Supporting enterprise-wide, or a large program office with multiple projects.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience planning and coordinating program management process activities such as program reviews and control gate reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings and presentations.
- Demonstrated experience using the MS Office Suite.
Desired Skills (Optional)
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing existing or new tasks based on sound judgement and an understanding of the Sponsor's priorities and mission goals.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining productive working partnerships with Sponsor Partner Agencies POCs, Sponsor Department POCs, and others to support Sponsor's mission.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting communication skills, both oral and written, as well as making presentations to small audiences
- Demonstrated experience using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Pro
- Demonstrated experience creating and editing Templates or Forms
- Demonstrated experience working with other agencies, specifically FBI
- Demonstrated experience working with Security protocols
- Demonstrated experience organizing and cataloging and indexing information collected from sensitive sources
- Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive research and traces of various databases to verify and validate information
- Demonstrated experience vetting and approving accessibility requests
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
