Description:

1. Drive added value to our customers and suppliers, improve the sales process, achieve gross profit targets while maintaining cost of sales within budget.
2. Be responsible for the regional sales group's efforts to maximize profits.
3. Actively participate with other members of the management team in choosing and improving the business strategy for both short and long term success.
4. Lead, motivate, generate interest and support the external and internal sales team.
5. Coordinate the sales activity of F/E and any third parties with whom F/E has arrangements.
6. Manage the sales process including specific modifications to the pricing matrix, standing quotes, project quotes, partnership quotes and sales presentations.
7. Achieve performance quotas on all key product lines in order to protect and maintain the franchise.
8. Develop and maintain good working relationships with our key suppliers and develop joint strategic planning with them.

9. Designate industry organizations that deserve our participation and distribute this responsibility among the sales group.

10. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new products and/or new suppliers.

11. Determine and participate in the selection of appropriate inventories from our major suppliers to adequately serve our markets.

12. Assign accounts taking into account customer requirements, available manpower and available time.

13. Determine a profit target for all key accounts in order to measure performance and provide reassignment criteria.

14. Determine a profit quota for each sales territory.

15. Monitor the performance of all sales personnel both, their efforts and results.
16. Conduct regular sales meetings to coordinate sales efforts, generate team spirit and communicate business strategy and formalize these meetings to the point of preparing an agenda in advance.
17. Know how to make a business plan.
18. Review target customers.
19. Track opportunities by branch.
