What We're Looking For We need a results-driven, career focused Sales Manager with excellent people management skills. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated with a desire to be successful in an environment that rewards performance, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership setting.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to close deals.
  • Good understanding of dealership profitability and goal setting.
  • Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team development, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers.
  • Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets. organizational and time management skills are a must.
  • A person of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments.
  • Strong CRM management experience. Specific experience with VinSolutions is an asset.
