WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Food and Beverage to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class hospitality, characterized by high touch and high-volume operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex Food and Beverage operations, developing strategic partnerships, and leading innovative front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) designs. This position involves managing a substantial budget and working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.

Education, Training, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in high-volume, high-end hospitality environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Expertise in mixology, sommelier programs, and innovative menu design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
